There are 3 apartments in this building. A Penthouse Studio, Luxury First Floor 1 Bedroom Apartment and a Luxury Ground Floor 1 Bedroom Garden Apartment. They are conveniently located only 3 minutes from the underground/metro, in a quiet residential street, with Free Parking available. The train takes you straight into Central London in 15-20 minutes. It has a direct link to Kings Cross and very convenient for Eurostar. All of the apartments are high quality accommodation consisting of great kitchens, comfortable lounges and the ground floor has a remote controlled gas fireplace, large bedroom and a bathroom with a powerful shower. The kitchens are fully fitted and the ground floor has the largest kitchen with double oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, hob and a large table to sit 6 easily. The Ground Floor Apartment has wooden flooring throughout and a lounge which is separate from the other living areas. There is also a 2nd living area on the ground floor which can be used for sleeping up to 3 people comfortably. Can sleep 6 comfortably, or up to 8 by special arrangement. Locally, there is excellent shopping, a very good shopping centre and conveniently located for beautiful Hampstead and busy Camden. Street Parking outside the property is free. Payment Policy All Rates Are In British Pounds. The deposit for a Holiday Let is £200. The deposit will be returned upon departure after return of the keys, less the cleaning charge and any reduction for damage and breakages etc. The deposit for longer stays will be at the owners discretion. The cleaning charge is: - £20 for 1 person staying. - £35 for 2 people staying - £45 for 3 or more people staying. The cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. The internet charge is £10 per week. Rules Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
