Payment Policy All rates are in Euros. A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 5 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due on arrival. Paypal is the only accepted form of payment for the deposit and balance in Euros on arrival. Cancellation Policy For cancellations less then 60 days prior to arrival, there is no refund of deposit. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The Air-conditioning should be shut off. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
