Cottage 2. Klovsjön Moklinta. 15 km north of Sala in Vastmanland. Quiet neighborhood. 100 meters from the lake with a small beach and fishing. Rowing boat and fishing in the lake are included. (pike, perch and roach). Behind the house are large forests with old trees and the ability to walk. Great places for blueberries and mushrooms.32 square meters. 4 beds (double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room). Kitchen with electric and wood stove. Water in a tap out. No water withdrawal. Shower with hot water in your own separate building on the site.Outhouse. Fireplace, TV, Central heating, microwave, fridge / freezer and coffee maker. Small covered terrace. Outdoor furniture and barbecue. The plot consists of a small lawn in front of the cabin and the rest natural garden.General store 9 km. Rented by the week (day of change Saturday) and low season even days. The cottage is on a separate plot 50 m from Cabin 1 (forest in between).You park your car right next to the cottage. Distance to nearby activities: Klovsjön lake with swimming and fishing 100 meters. Dala River with fishing and Farnebofjardens National park (Tinäset) 25km. Payment Policy All rates are in Swedish Krona. A deposit of 20% of the rent is due within 10 buisness day from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bank account transfer is accepted form of payment. We do not accept checks. Water, firewood and electricity is included in the price. Fishing and Rowingboat in lake Klövsjön is also included in the price. Bed-linen and towels 40 SEK/set. Bikehire available. Cancellation Policy For cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 20% of the rent. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 70% of the rent.
