Payment Policy All Rates are in US-Dollar. $150 final cleaning fee (additional $50 cleaning fee with pet) Additional information about rental rates: • A 30% booking deposit (30% of the total amount) is required to secure your booking for the requested rental period. Another 30% of the total amount is due 60 days prior to commencement of rental. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to commencement of rental. • A refundable security deposit of $400 is required one week prior to arrival. The security deposit is used to secure payment of the following: - Utility gas for spa heating ($3.50 per hour) - Cost of electricity (June through September only) - Damages caused by tenants - Lost or non-returned keys - Lost or non-returned remote control for automatic garage door opener - Excessive cleaning Balance is refunded after receipt of bills. Cancellation Policy The following cancellation policy applies: • Cancellation 180 - 91 days prior to arrival: 30% of total rent • Cancellation 90 - 31 days prior to arrival: 60% of total rent • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of total rent Travel insurance is recommended.
