A handsome Georgian country residence set in elegant wooded gardens with scenic views down to the River Yare.You will be assured of a warm welcome at Braydeston House where breakfast will be served in the conservatory weather permitting. There are 2 comfortable twin rooms. The en suite room faces south and has lovely views of my garden. The other twin room is larger and has a washbasin. The bathroom for this bedroom is very close and us usually only used by B&B guests.

Brundall has a good bus and train service to Norwich and 3 miles away we have a park and ride. It is approximately 15 miles to the coast and only 7 miles to the nearest and most delightful Ranworth Broad. Ann Knox looks forward to welcoming you. |

Facilities & Services| Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and TV. In spring, summer and autumn i serve breakfast in the south facing conservatory which has delightful views of my garden. In winter, breakfast is served in the dining room. |
