We are only 9 miles from the floral spa town of Harrogate and only 18 miles from Leeds city centre. York is 30 miles away. Our rooms are comfortable furnished and all 3 have en suite facilities, central heating, tea tray, TV, radio, hair dryer. There is a guest TV lounge with video and crackling log fires on chilly winter nights.
