Close to many country walks, quite location. Complimentary lift to and from Jedburgh for evening meals for walkers. Jedburgh is situated on the A68, is a typical Borders town, with a history of tweed making. The town boasts two woollen mill shops with restaurants, numerous gift shops, many eating houses and coffee shops, hotels and pubs serving good food and ale. The Abbey of course, Mary Queen of Scots' House with a museum, and Jedburgh Castle Jail, are also worth a visit.
