Built in 1885 Fernlea Guest House is a detached Victorian red sandstone building which maintains many of its original features. We are a 3 star VisitScotland graded B & B and offer a high standard of accommodation. A private car park is provided for guests. All rooms offer en-suite facilities and have hospitality trays and colour tvs. Towels and soap are provided for your comfort. Crisp sheets and cozy duvets await you. Please note latest arrival time is 9.30pm and we are totally non-smoking.

Fernlea is an established completely non-smoking bed and breakfast with private car park. Ideal for both Stranraer and Cairnryan Ferries.

We operate a 5 day cancellation policy. Full payment will be required if 5 days notice is not given. Latest arrival time is 9.30pm. Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am. Breakfast is served from 7.30 - 9.00am by prior arrangement.
