This 15thC timber framed farmhouse overlooks the Dee Estuary. Modernised to include tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV. Comfortable oak beamed lounge & panelled dining room. Games/utility room. Greenhill Farm is a Farmhouse B&B and also a 120 acre mixed dairy farm on the edge of Holywell in the hamlet of Bryn Celyn. The back bone of our farm is our herd of over sixty Fresian cows and young stock. Corgi dogs are used instead of the more traditional Collie to herd our cattle.
Location Bryn Celyn, Holywell, CH8 7QF St. Winefride's Well is just a 10 minute walk from the farm. It is 1,000 years older than Lourdes in France and has been made famous by the Cadfel Stories.It is one of the seven Wonders of Wales. |
