Villa Rosemarine (485 sq m) is an impressive 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa built of Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House). During the winter of 2010 the villa was completely rebuilt to a very high luxury standard - the villa is now one of the most desirable on the Adriatic as not only is it an executive standard but the villa enjoys being in a quiet bay with a national park so it is very quiet yet just minutes to the local villages.A fine daily service is offered along with generous welcome pack - the staff have fine English and German as well as Croatian of course. A cook can be arranged to come in every meal or just some. The villa is kept to a very high standard.The villa is entered through the middle level were you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as one of the 3 entertainment rooms complete with plasma satellite TV/DVD and three terraces (one with a table tennis table). All the beds are brand new divinely comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep (a good night’s sleep makes for a great holiday) along with the 3 sitting room sofas. All bedrooms have a full view of the Adriatic sea which is just 10 meters from the terrace!)The top floor of the villa is the penthouse which has two bedrooms and two designer “leather” tiled bathrooms - with Phillipe Starck white ware including a 2 meter bath. There is also a kitchenette and sitting room with plasma satellite TV/DVD and library of DVD movies as well as two terraces one of which is perfect for nude sunbathing.On the ground floor you will find one huge bedroom and one bathroom, this room also has a day bed perfect for families complete with Plasma satellite TV/DVD.There is also a buoy available to tie up the resident boat (extra charge) complete with licensed skipper who is very experienced in the fantastic places to take clients from lavender fields, crystal clear bays with little restaurants that can only be reached via boat, vineyards, blue grotto and many more. This can be rented on a daily basis and arranged by the staff at the villa, it comes with all the “toys” to use such as a “hotdog” and “extreme II”. We also have new kayaks, new bikes and a variety of other activities such as table tennis and board games.A certain serenity can be found at Villa Rosemarine due to the fact that it is built on a headland with pine trees and wild rosemary growing throughout the garden providing privacy and shade.At Villa Rosemarine we like to think that it is not just a Villa rental but a whole experience and that the guests will leave feeling relaxed and wanting to return.

Payment Policy All the Rates are in Euros. A payment in response to your Rental Confirmation constitutes your acceptance and agreement to all terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as laid out below. • Villa Rosemarine is only to be occupied for the total agreed number of guests at the time of booking. • Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. • Any illegal or immoral activities are not allowed. • Rates are subject to change prior to your booking enquiry being confirmed. • Rates are in EURO currency only. Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Legal: Any matters arising with regard to any legality in these terms are deemed as being under Singapore Law. The owner’s intentions are for you to have a happy and carefree holiday and to enjoy their property as if it were your own. Rates per night for 2010: the villa is only rented from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Cancellation Policy Cancellations: For all booking seasons - 80% of the deposit cost will be refunded up until 75 days before arrival. Within 75 days of arrival no refund will be given. Rules Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice. The deposit is payable as per the rental agreement. 30% is payable upon confirmation of the booking (within one week) and the remaining 70%, 75 days before the guests arrival in the villa, if the final payment is not received at this point the booking will be rendered void.. 100% payment is due on confirmation of all bookings that are made within 45 days of arrival. A 20% security deposit is chargeable within 45 days of the clients arrival at Villa Rosemarine. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks of the client leaving the villa if there are no reports of damage. The villa is a NO SMOKING HOME - please smoke on the terrace - ash trays are available.
