The town is built around a thriving fishing port and in recent years has become famous for the resident bottlenose dolphin "Fungi". Situated just five kilometers from Dingle, Glen Cottage is set in tranquil countryside. Newly built in 2005 this five bedroom cottage has been finished to the highest standards.and can sleep up to ten people comfortably. Accommodation - Large Oak fitted kitchen/dining area with integrated appliences and seating for ten. Livingroom with open fire (gas), satelite TV, DVD, books, magazines and family games. Second seating area upstairs. Five bedrooms, (2 double, 3 twin) four of which have ensuite bathrooms. Main Bathroom with bath and large seperate shower. Utility Room with washing machine and dryer. Large garden with seating, Ample parking, Smoking is not permitted in house. Local Amenities - Scenery. (Described by the National Geographic Traveler as "the most beautiful place on earth".) Hillwalking (cottage is on one of West Kerry's many hillwalking trails). Beaches, Horse riding, Golf, Fishing Surfing/water sports, Fine seafood restaurants, Pubs with live traditional music, Aquarium, Cinema, Bowling.

Policy

Payment Policy All rates are in Euro. Additional charges:- Electricity and heating as per meter readings. A non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per holiday home per week rental is required upon booking. No invoice or letter of confirmation can be dispatched to you until all deposits for your holiday have been received. Full payment of holiday home rental must be made to us no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be refunded at end of stay once the owner is satisfied that the terms & conditions of rental have been complied with. Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, but failure to leave the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition will result in a charge of €50 being levied. Bed linen and towels are supplied . Cancellation Policy In the event that you have to cancel you holiday home reservation for whatever reason, the cancellation charges will be as follows : More than 8 weeks: Deposit will be forfeited 30 - 56 Days: 50% of total rental will be forfeited 15 - 30 Days: 90% of total rental will be forfeited Less than 15 Days: 100 % of total rental will be forfeited Rules Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
