We provide the perfect location for golfers, with the first floor master bedroom with balcony overlooking the 2nd green of Kenmare Golf Club. Located on the outskirts of Kenmare town, known as the Jewel on the Ring of Kerry, this property will not disappoint you. It is quiet and peaceful but with easy access to all that Kenmare has to offer in terms of shops and restaurants. Downstairs, Greenview House offers a spacious sitting room with modern furnishings, feature fireplace, wide screen TV and DVD player. Double doors lead through to a large fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs with seating for six. French doors give access to the private and secure rear garden. The utility room provides laundry facilities and if the weather is good, there is line outside for hanging washing. Upstairs, Greenview House has wooden or tiled floors throughout and has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the 2nd hole of Kenmare Golf Course. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A spacious family bathroom features a large jacuzzi bath.All bedlinen and towels are provided and beds will be made before you arrive, so just turn the key and enjoy your holiday. Outside, Greenview House has a private rear garden and there is ample car parking at the front of the property. Hardwood garden furniture at the back of the house offers guests a chance to relax.

Total to be paid locally on day of departure • A deposit of €200 per week is required at time of booking, with balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival date. • €150 security deposit to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure.
