Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, mini-bar, T.V., safe, speaker system, direct telephone line and WiFi. Every morning from 6:30 to 11:00 our guests can have breakfast in the spacious breakfast room, where they will be offered an “international breakfast”.The sumptuous buffet includes a wonderful selection of delicacies such as home-made biscuits and pastries, croissants filled with chocolate, marmalade and vanilla, “cappuccino”, coffee, tea and fruit-juices. Parma ham and salame are also available to tempt your palate, together with a selection of local cheeses and several types of bread.Cereals and yoghourt are available for those who prefer a lighter breakfast. We have a special menu for guests who wish to eat only gluten-free products. Our chef is always ready to prepare any dish you desire. It was an idea of the proprietress, the architect Giovanna Orsini, brilliant hostess that she is, wished to offer our permanent guests a service of the highest quality, while at the same time offering travelers a meeting place to have a chat and spend pleasant moments, enjoying a taste of a variety of Italian dishes.The “Sala Impero - (Empire Room)”, situated on the seventh floor of the hotel, is the ideal place to hold any type of reception or celebration. We can offer you an exclusive and elegant area to make every event important; ceremonies, private parties, business lunches and dinners, coffee breaks. Our aim is to satisfy our guests’ tastes and needs, and that’s why we offer all our professionalism and a wide choice of traditional, personalized or creative menus prepared by our chefs. Moreover, our catering service is of a very high level. Our staff will plan and fulfill your event, giving to it life and the pleasing atmosphere that you have always dreamed of. This area, decorated with care in every detail, can accommodate up to 150 people. Colony Hotel has 2 meeting rooms which seat 90 and 20 people. The rooms are equipped with acoustic diffusion systems and projectors with maxi-screens, closed circuit TV, and flip charts.
