An original farmhouse finely restored is divided into two independent apartments, owners live in the one located in the upper floor, while the one at the ground floor is for guests (suitable for 4person plus 2 extra beds for kids). The house is located at just 8Km from Siena city centre and at about 1Km. from the nearest village of S. Rocco a Pilli (where shops, chemist, doctor, restaurants, supermarket and more stores are available). The apartment is of about 100 sq.m. and includes two bedrooms (both of them can be equipped with double bed or twin bed), one living room with fireplace, one fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. A beautiful garden is also available for guests and it is ideal for kids and for outdoor dinners. Privacy is part of owners commitment, however, they would be happy to provide all suggestions and information to make your stay in Tuscany the best possible (places to go, how to go, what to see, where to eat etc.)
