Payment Policy All rates are in Euros. Call owner for update rates. Prices include: breakfast, electricity, water, final cleaning, towels (inc pool towels), bed linens and taxes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival If a booking is made 4 weeks or less before arrival, full payment is required on booking. Cancellation Policy Length of time before arrival when we receive your cancellation in writing. · 30% deposit - non refundable · between 4 weeks - 3 weeks before arrival - lose 50% · At 3 weeks or less before arrival - 100% No refunds will be due, if the customer is unable to arrive on the expected day due to travel problems.
