In the evening you can cook or barbeque at Zion or venture out and sample the sights, sounds and flavours that Gozo uniquely offers.Farmhouse Zion overlooks open fields with fine rural views of the surrounding area. Lovingly converted and refurbished for modern use, the farmhouse still retains much of its old unique character. Most rooms have stone arched ceilings and the traditional open courtyard, with external staircase, leads to a spacious garden terrace and a fine swimming pool.Located in such a tranquil area Zion will surely appeal to those looking for privacy and a quiet holiday in the sun.Farmhouse Zion sleeps up to eight people. On the ground floor there is a well-kept kitchen, adjoining dining room, separate sitting room and a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower). A spiral staircase leads to a basement 'cantina' which used to be the old mill room, and another spiral staircase leads to the first floor. The traditional open courtyard on the ground floor also leads to a palm trees terrace garden and swimming pool 9 x 4m with barbecue area.The first floor consists of another large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and balcony overlooking pool area and views. There are also two twin bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. The bedrooms lead on to an adjoining sun terrace with fine country views. Fans are available in all bedrooms.Transport is provided by a fair service of buses from Mgarr to Victoria and vice-versa and from Victoria to all towns and villages in Gozo. The main bus terminus is situated in Victoria and route numbers are on the front of the buses. Taxi stands are found in Victoria and Mgarr. One can also go around in hired cars, motorbikes and bicycles. In Gozo as in Malta and Britain, vehicle traffic travels on the left-hand side of the road. The relatively short travel distances make trekking and hiking in Gozo a worthwhile venture.

Payment Policy All rates are in Euro. A payment of 30% of the total rental price is payable at the time of booking. All deposits and balances paid are non-refundable. We provide a once a week maid service at no extra charge for guests staying longer than 1 week. If you need a maid more often there will be a small additional charge. Jurisdiction is within the Maltese Law framework. Cancellation Policy In order to confirm a booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total booking. The outstanding balance must be received 1 month before the start of your holiday. If it has not been received by 3 weeks prior to your holiday we reserve the right to cancel the booking with forfeiture of the deposit. Notification will be sent to you of this cancellation. Where bookings are made at short notice, less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, payment must be made in full to secure your booking. Rules - The Farmhouse sleeps up to a maximum of 8 people. Any greater number will violate the terms and conditions and could result in the booking being terminated. Please advise at the time of booking the number of guests for the duration of your stay. Only guests booked to stay at the farmhouse can reside there for the duration of your stay. If additional guests arrive, permission needs to be granted and extra nightly charges applied per person. The tenant is liable for all damages to the farmhouse or furniture, which incur to the landlord caused by him, his guests or any other persons, he is responsible for. - The tenant must report any damages to the landlord immediately.
