Payment Policy For rates and availability directly contact the owner. The minimum stay is of 4 nights. 50% deposit required to secure booking. Damages to property and contents are the sole liability of the tenant. An inventory of items is accessible on the premises. Upon arrival a deposit against damages of €500 will have to be left with the owner on check in. These will be refunded on check out if no damages to the property are incurred.
