The cottage sits perched on a hillside with a marvellous, panoramic view of the Mapua estuary and the distant Richmond Ranges. It is part of a 10 acre property with sloping lawns down to a private stretch of ‘beach’ along the estuary, perfect for an evening stroll or morning run. A deck goes all round the cottage providing a sunny vantage point from which to watch the ebb and flow of the tide or savour the changing light.
