Stafford Place | Property number 3848 |
Stafford Place was built in 1866 by the Redwoods, one of Nelson's founding families and is among the districts best preserved settler homesteads. In 2002 we were winners of Tasman District Council's Heritage Structures Award for work done to the house and grounds.
Surrounded by an olive grove, 100 year old oaks and blue gums with a superb English garden and 50 year old rose beds, Stafford Place is quiet, secluded and relaxed. At the end of our road is Rabbit Island,
