Full of character & charm, our historic kauri building has been lovingly restored & adapted with up to date modern facilities, while retaining an old world home-away-from-home atmosphere. We are centrally situated between the east & west coasts, a convenient distance for day trips to golden beaches or to the wonderful Waiopua Forest, home of the ancient kauri trees. For the more adventurous, we have kayaks available to explore the nearby Kaipara Harbour with it's many bays & estuaries.
