Absolutely spectacular views over Lake Wakatipu and the mountain ranges. This quality built fully serviced apartment is just 15 minutes walk downhill to the center of Queens town. It is fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and soothing decor. You enter through a paved patio past an external lock up ski cupboard, into an open plan living area, which includes a gallery style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The dinning room area leads on to the lounge and then opening doors onto the balcony and the breath taking views. A big screen TV, sky TV, DVD player, CD stereo player, games and puzzles compliment the living room area. A night store heater and under floor heating warms the apartment. Upstairs is a mezzanine floor, which contains 2 single beds that can easily be converted to a king size bed. All beds have electric blankets and doonas. Off the ground level is the master bedroom with en suite. The middle level consists of big screen TV, VCR, twin beds or king option with en suite bathroom and separate laundry including washing machine and dryer. There is ample off street parking for cars and boat.
