In the event of cancellation, the following policy applies: Reservation canceled after deposit paid incurs a small booking fee. Reservation canceled within 30 days of arrival - 30% charge. Reservation canceled within 7 days of arrival - 100% charge. However, in each case, if room can be resold then full refund (less booking fee) would be forthcoming.
