Payment Policy • All rates are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)Seasonal rates apply • 1 Bedroom : $230-280 / Nightly • 3 Bedroom : $370-460 / Nightly • 4 Bedroom : $480-600 / Nightly • During winter, July August September we have a minimum stay of 7 days rate being $720 per night. Cancellation Policy • If the booking is cancelled outside 60 days prior to arrival, your payments will be refunded in full. • If the cancellation occurs between 60-30 days of your arrival then 10% will be deducted from your refund. • If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, then no refund will be made. However, if we are able to confirm another booking over this period, or part thereof, then you will be refunded the value of the new booking.
