Willowbrook offers both Bed and Breakfast and Self-Catering accommodation in an idyllic, rural location at the foot of Coronet Peak skifield in the heart of the beautiful Wakatipu Basin. Surrounded by majestic alpine scenery, we are only 15 minutes from the bright lights of Queenstown and 5 minutes from the quaint and historical settlement of Arrowtown and The Hills course - home of the NZ Open Golf Championship. Award - winning Millbrook Resort is also close by (just three minutes' drive from the front gate of Willowbrook) and we are within easy reach of 5 skifields and 4 very picturesque golf courses. The four acres of mature garden surrounding the Main House of Willowbrook contain a tennis court, a luxurious spa pool and some very friendly sheep. Our self-catering accommodation comprises The COTTAGE and The BARN. Both are within the gardens of Willowbrook only a short distance from The Main House. The COTTAGE provides delightfully comfortable accommodation for four people. It has queen and twin single bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom (one with large wet area and bathtub). Full kitchen and laundry facilities ensure that all the conveniences of home are at your fingertips. The Cottage has wireless broadband for your laptop, Sky TV for your entertainment and there is a gas barbecue on the sundeck which surrounds The Cottage. Views are up to Coronet Peak and over wetlands to the west. The BARN is a tastefully renovated hay barn consisting of two very large rooms and is perfect for those looking for a self-catering environment. The main room has a super king bed, ensuite bathroom, lounge area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. Through a connecting door, The Annex has twin single and bunk beds and is available for extra members of the same party. On the sunny north side of The Barn is a covered deck with gas barbecue - the perfect spot to relax in the shade in the summer (or to tune-up those skis in the winter!)

Otago, Queenstown, Otago, New ZealandWillowbrook is located on the 'back road' between Queenstown and Arrowtown (Malaghans Road). We are about 3km from Millbrook Resort in the Queenstown direction. On Route 6 from Cromwell: Turn right towards Arrowtown when you get to Lake Hayes (Amisfield Winery is on the corner). Go about 5km and just before Arrowtown, turn left into Malaghans Road. (The sign says "Queenstown via Coronet Peak".) Millbrook Resort is on your left and Willowbrook is a few minutes further along that road also on your left. On Route 6 from Te Anau or Invercargill: You will pass Queenstown Airport on the right and come to a roundabout. Queenstown is to the left and straight on is a BP service station. Turn right and follow the road for about 3½ km, crossing the Shotover River and up the hill. At the top of the hill, turn left into Lower Shotover Road and follow this road for about 6km until you come to a T junction. Turn right into Malaghans Road and Willowbrook is about 1½ km on your right. Payment Policy All rates are in NZ Dollars. Rates for Cottage are for 4 persons; maximum occupancy is 5; Extra person = $55. Rates for Barn are for 2 persons; maximum occupancy is 6; Extra person = $40. Minimum stay in Cottage = 2 nights. T A R I F F S COTTAGE: Low $285; Regular $315; Peak $360 BARN: Low $170; Regular $185; Peak $210 MAIN HOUSE (Bed and Breakfast): From $140 Cancellation Policy * Our cancellation policy provides that full tariffs are payable unless we are advised of a cancellation more than 48 hours prior to commencement of the stay. * Where bookings are for a period of 5 nights or more, 25% of the quoted accommodation rate is payable unless we are advised of the cancellation more than 7 days prior to commencement of the stay. * Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in the full quoted rate being payable. Rules Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Credit card details (valid at time of stay) are required to secure a booking. Where a booking is for a period of 5 nights or more, a deposit equal to one night of the stay is payable in advance to secure the reservation.
