Open plan dining consisting of lovely timber table & 8 chairs. This area also opens out to a great deck with Hooded BBQ and outdoor furniture. Adjacent is a comfortable living room with a real flame gas fire, 50" plasma TV, SKY TV, and DVD and great views to the mountains and lake. Electric blankets to all beds. Located close to the centre of Wanaka township, this is a lovely family home and is sure to please any holiday guest. High quality furnishing and finishes above that normally expected in a holiday home, still only 2.5 years old. Upstairs living areas enhancing great views of lake and looking up to Treble Cone. Sleeps 11 comfortably (we holiday each winter with 6 adults and 5 children). Sky TV includes sports package. 50" Plasma with Phillips Ambisound DVD player in living room with Ipod sound system, and espresso machine are all new features. Second TV/DVD (32" LCD)in Main Bedroom, 3rd TV/DVD(old Xbox with some games for kids) in Downstairs Bunkroom, + 4th TV/DVD in Downstairs Main Bedroom. All TV's now with access to freeview TV. Payment Policy Payments can be made to either Australian account (preferred) or New Zealand account. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee will be accepted. Balance of payment due 28 days prior to your arrival. No payment = no entry! Cancellation Policy For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of $25. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 28 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be the entire deposit. Travel insurance is advised. Rules Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated whilst staying in the house. Music and other noise is to be kept to a minimum after 2200hrs. Neighbours having to call Police because of unacceptable behaviour will result in expulsion of the group from the home.
