Whilst this property offers tranquillity & total privacy it is also a mere 5 minute drive away from the bustle and night life of Puerto Banus! The villa boasts four beautifully decorated double bedrooms, each with full bathrooms en-suite. There are walk-in showers, round Jacuzzi baths and spacious bathroom facilities. Upon approaching the villa there are two large automatic drive-in gates. One leads down a driveway to the two car garage. The other opens onto the main villa entrance and there is space for parking there also. The tropically designed gardens are lush and completely private. One side overlooks a golf course. The pool is large and located in front of the main terrace on an upper level – just off the living rooms. There is a fish pond and waterfall feature in the lower gardens. The entrance hall leads to the fabulous kitchen which is superbly equipped. There is also a guest ‘cloakroom’ off the hall. The bright and spacious living room, with open fireplace, opens onto the main terrace and also features a separate dining area. At the end of the living room is a TV room which is like a mini home cinema style with a glow fire feature. This is a truly lovely holiday retreat!
