This is a charming 18th century apartment situated in the traditional Gothic quarter of Barcelona. It has 100 sq m. with AIR CONDITIONING and natural light in every room and was decorated by the owner, a well-known photographer from Barcelona. She has given the space a warm and cozy atmosphere due to her selection of color and material. The apartment has a spacious dining and living room which has the option of converting the sofa into a double bed and a cozy kitchen complete with an oven and refrigerator.The large master bedroom with a double bed, two small bedrooms- one with a single bed and one with a bunkbed, complete the sleeping arrangements. The apartment is fully equipped with a bathroom with a bath and shower, a TV, a HI FI stereo system, washing machine and radiators in every room. The apartment, from centuries before, has no elevator. It maintains its original entrance, which was used for horse drawn carriages and has been declared a cultural heritage entryway. The cheapest: ( 1 Euro ) kind of transportation any 30 minutes it`s the local train, in front of the terminal 2 across the bridge. In front the terminal 2 you must to take an internal free bus to terminal 2. The cost of the ticket is 1 Euro or a metro/bus ticket and you arrive at the next Passeig de Gracia Railway Station. From there you can change at the Yelow metro line - 2 direction La Pau and you have to get off at ”Jaume I Metro Station”, and from there it`s only 4 minutes walk. A suit option every 10 -15 minutes is the blue Aerobus, that you can take in front of the door of the Airport Terminal 1 or 2. It costs 3, 5 Euros & takes 25 minutes to the central Plaza Catalonia and from there you have 3 option, 12 minutes walk, by taxi or by metro.
