On one hand close to all the major attractions related to the harbour, World Trade Center, Maremagnum, five minutes walking distance from Las Ramblas and all that it implies in terms of tourism, terraces, people watching, strolling etc. Situated between the old fisherman’s village of the Barceloneta complete with small town squares, local old style markets and little cafes and restaurants on one side and the extremely interesting and fashionable neighbourhoods of the Gothic and the Borne with all the benefits and advantages of a small charming Old World town on the other side, you are surrounded by things to do and see day and night.

Normal Season: December 19th to January 5th, February 13th to February 20th and March 27th to November 1st. Normal minimum stay required is of 3 nights. During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have: a surcharge or a different minimum stay Booking: €10; Cleaning service: one-time fee of €55 for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay. Breakage or damage deposit: €200 as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done. Arrivals between 21:00Hs and 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 30.00 euros; Arrivals after 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 50.00 euros. These surcharges must be paid cash on arrival. Lost key surcharge: For every set of keys lost there is a 80.00 euros surcharge. To confirm a reservation requires a 30% pre-payment of the total through Visa or MasterCard, after you have received a booking code and a link to a secure server to make the pre payment. No reservation is confirmed till pre payment has been approved by Credit Card Company. The rest of the amount can be paid also through secure link with Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) at least two working days prior to arrival or cash on arrival together with the damages deposit (This amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done). Cancellation Policy The 30% pre-payment is not refundable under any circumstances. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 0 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. No Show: - If the client does not arrive at all, his credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the booking, resulting in the full amount for the reservation being paid. - It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. - Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our aforementioned clear and simple cancellation policy. Please note: Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights: These changes must be advised prior to arrival. Once pre-payment has been made, which confirms a reservation, the reduction of the number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 25.00 euros administration fee for the recalculation of pricing. But if the number of nights or of guests is reduced between 7 days prior to the arrival and the arrival - recalculation of the price is not possible. Rules 1.- Please don’t throw cigarette butts down into the street, patios or the neighbours´ balconies. 2.- Please respect our neighbours. Parties are not allowed and the same applies to loud music. Quiet hours: Monday - Friday 10 PM to 9 AM Saturday - Sunday 12 PM to 10 AM 3. - Please turn off the air-conditioning and lights when you go out of the apartment. We would like to conserve energy and try to keep prices low. 4. - Please do not leave the garbage in the apartment when you check out. You can leave it on the street every night, and specially your last night, between 8 PM and 10 PM, for the sanitation department to collect. 5. - Check out on your departure date is no later than 10 AM. If you need to leave earlier, please arrange departure time on check in. 6. - If the client is not ready to leave at the check-out time and the owner or his representative must wait more than ten minutes, there will be an extra charge of 50 euros for every ten minutes or fraction of overtime. 7. - The apartments are conceded in normal conditions of cleanliness. The apartments must be left neat and in normal conditions of order and tidiness, or the cleaning fee will be doubled. 8. - The price charged for cleaning expenses covers general cleaning of the apartment, but does not cover the cleaning of kitchen ware (dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.). The aforementioned articles should be left as clean as they were found upon entering the apartment. In the event that the owner should have to clean any of these objects the cleaning expenses would be doubled. 9. - No pets are allowed in the apartments.
