Payment Policy For rates & availability, please contact owner. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver : Select properties require Accidental Damage Insurance Coverage. The $79 non-refundable fee will cover accidental unit damage or loss up to $3000. If damage occurs during your stay, guest must notify Royale Vacation Rentals immediately to have the damage loss covered. Theft or damage of property owned by Guest is not covered. If malicious or intentional Guest damage occurs, Guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the full replacement cost including attorney’s fees. Some units and monthly rentals alternatively require a standard security deposit. ***Security Deposits for monthly rentals may be held for up to 45-days after departure and may be subject to adjustment for utilities over the stated cap. Security Deposits on weekly rentals will be returned within 21-days after departure. Reservation Payment : The full security deposit amount or damage waiver fee is due at time of reservation confirmation in addition to a $150 non-refundable reservation fee. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Should your reservation be made less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, the full rental balance is due at the time of making the reservation and will be automatically charged when a credit card has been supplied. Hotel Tax : Rentals of less than 28 days are subject to a Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% or more depending on location. Payment Method : Royale Vacation Rentasl accepts Visa, Master Card & American Express for your convenience. Also, checks are accepted for reservations confirmed 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy Unless you have purchased trip cancellation and interruption coverage, the following will apply : - Cancellation 60 days or more prior to occupancy - full refund less $150 reservation fee. - Cancellation 59 days or less prior to arrival - no refund.
