THE SAND STREET HOME: sleeps up to 8, in a very spacious 3-bedroom with 2-1/2 baths. Tile entry into Living Room which has a see-through fireplace into Dining area is a lovely feature. Large upscale Kitchen has new Stainless Steel appliances and granite tile counters. New extra-large washer & dryer and laundry sink in Utility porch. 1/2 bath is also in this area. Upstairs the Master bedroom has a King bed and an adjoining bath with large shower. There is also a door to a lovely deck overlooking the trees in the front yard, with a small set of chairs and a table. The other two spacious bedrooms have Queen Beds and their bathroom is a shower/tub in the hall. Both of these bedrooms have access to decks also. The Yard has an elegant rock garden with small arched Japanese bridge in one corner. The main deck is covered with an open latticed lanai with a large outdoor table next the gas BBQ. Just a short 2-1/2 block walk to fun Rio del Mar beach with its great deli, a small convenience store, a white table clothed restaurant called the Rio Sands and a few other shops. It is an easy drive to the Village of Capitola, Aptos and Soquel for great restaurants and other fun shopping.
