The playroom downstairs has a Pool table, a Ping-Pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. The other 2 bedrooms and a bath with a large shower complete the downstairs. New upgrades include locally harvested hardwood floors, organic linens, and low voc paint throughout. Also, there are authentic 1970`s memorabilia throughout. There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1-block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2-blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays during late Spring, Summer and Fall. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Sorry no pets.
