River Run Inn, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built in 1892 as the Chaffee County Poor Farm. Today it bears little resemblance to its humble beginning. A remodel occurred in 2003, and the Inn now offers six uniquely decorated bedrooms, all with private baths, and a 3rd floor dorm updated for the comfort of 5-12 person groups.
