Payment Policy All rates in US dollars. Spring - $2200/week. Summer - $3000/week. Fall - $2000/week. Winter - $1800/week. Tax and Cleaning not included. Monthly rates only available January and February- but please ask! Cancellation Policy 45 day cancellation policy unless re rented, then a refund less $100 fee Rules A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
