Pottery Barn is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home in the very popular community of SeaGrass with access to a community pool. On the ground floor you will find a private in-law suite, complete with a queen bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. There is also an enclosed double garage. The first floor has two bedrooms, a two story open living room, dining room, and FULLY STOCKED kitchen. The owner loves to cook and has everything you can imagine.. including a smoothie machine, and garlic press! One of the bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds, and the lower beds are actually a full mattress, so this room can sleep up to six happy children! The other bedroom on this floor has a queen bed. The bathroom is off the hallway and services both bedrooms as well as the main floor.The first floor has wrap around porches along three sides. The Gulf faced deck has beautiful European teak furniture, including two steamer chairs that you can recline in and watch the sun set! A side deck off the kitchen portion of the house is screened in.Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and private bath complete with a jacuzzi and separate shower! The walk-in closet is enormous! There is also a wonderful porch off the east and gulf side of the bedroom with awesome views of the setting sun! You have great views of the bay from both deck levels also.This house has hospitality PLUS! It is FILLED with board games both for young and old ...TWISTER anyone?, as well as books for all ages and enough movies to keep the kids in the bunk room for hours at night! All bedrooms have TV's, DVD's and VHS equipment.BEST OF ALL, our home is located a stones throw from the community pool. You can literally ring the dinner bell to call the troops in for dinner! The board walk to the beach is right next to our house ...it is a PERFECT set-up for a WONDERFUL beach vacation! We hope you will come and visit!
