There are ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, as well as plush wall-to-wall carpeting in both bedrooms.The appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen include refrigerator with ice maker, range with overhead microwave, dishwasher, and disposal as well as all dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. For your convenience, there is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Remember, you are on vacation so you need only to bring your bathing suit, loungeware, and sunglasses.The large living room and the master bedroom both feature sliding glass doors which open out onto the private, 30 foot by 10 foot tiled, screened lanai. Relax on the comfortable furniture there and watch the boaters on their way to and from fishing excursions or why not join them?
