Cancellation Policy Cancellation or Amendments BY YOU: If you are compelled to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by telephone and immediately confirm your cancellation to us in writing. In this event if you cancel your reservation 8 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of $200.00, 6 - 8 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50%, 4 - 6 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 75%, 0 - 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%. AMENDMENTS TO ANY RESERVATION WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $30.00. CANCELLATION BY LOYALTY, INC: In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation, i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodations, however, we can not accept liability whatsoever in respect to any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances.
