Payment Policy All rates are in US Dollars. Jan. Feb. March - $6800 (Peak Season) April Nov. and Dec. - $5100 (25% Discount) May thru Oct.- $4420 (35% Discount). Plus all sales or service taxes imposed by any taxing authority. Currently the Florida State tax is 6% and Collier County tax is 4%. There is a $250 Club membership transfer fee if you request (due 60 days prior to occupancy). Security deposit, departure cleaning fee and advance rent schedule to be arranged.
