Payment Policy All rates are in US Dollars. Plus Pool Heat $25 per day Short stay (less than 7 nights) - all charged at minimum $140 per night and Cleaning Fee $100 applies. 15% discount on nightly rate for bookings longer than 16 nights. $250 deposit payable at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: More than 8 weeks before arrival date - $250 non-refundable deposit. 4 - 8 weeks before arrival date - 50% of fee is non-refundable. 2 - 4 weeks before arrival date - 75% of fee is non-refundable. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - fee payable in full, no refund. Rules Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
