Mickey's Maingate Manor is our Professionally Designed and Decorated Luxury Vacation Home. X Box 360 in the Games Room. EMERALD ISLAND RESORT is a gated community that encompasses over 300 acres and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. The winding entrance road is lined with palms, indigenous plants and decorative flowers, that contributes to the Emerald Island Resorts unique feel of peace and tranquillity in the otherwise bustling area of Disney Maingate. Once in the Resort you are welcomed by a playful dolphin fountain and a picturesque rotunda leading you to our Luxury Vacation Home. Once you arrive at our home you will see that we have designed recreation areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities to suit multiple families. We have located 2 bedrooms downstairs for those who avoid stairs; the newest additions to the family or the matriarch and patriarchs. Our Lake view and Wooded Conservation Area View is the crowning jewel to our home. The back of the home is lined with windows and a sliding glass door which allows you to view this tranquil vista from the entire home, which makes it hard to believe there is so much Disney Activity only 3 miles away. Payment Policy All rates are in US Funds. 2010 Prices Low:$424/Nightly, $2968/Weekly, Including Tax. Regular:$473/Nightly, $3311/Weekly, Including Tax Holiday:$726/Nightly, $5082/Weekly, Including Tax. There is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, and no cleaning fee. All rates are subject to a 13% tax SHORT NOTICE BOOKING, if there is a vacancy within 30 days of check-in, a 4 night minimum will be considered. We will not block a 7 night booking for a 4 night booking. The Cleaning Fee for less than a 7 day stay, is $175 A Midstay Cleaning, optional at Guest's Request, is $150 Pool heat is optional, the fee is $150 per week, the 2 day minimum is $70, the daily rate is $35, We recommend you order heat prior to your arrival. Rules 'CHECK OUT' is before 10am, 'CHECK-IN' is after 4pm ..NO PETS.. ..NO SMOKING..
