Payment Policy All rates are in US Dollars. Prices are per night of the stay and include local sale taxes of an additional 12%. Payment accepted by cheque or by paypal. A cleaning charge of £60 / $95 is chargeable for stays of 5 nights or less. A security deposit of £250 / $400 is required with the final payment - refundable upon a satisfactory post stay inspection. A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking with full payment due 8 weeks prior to stay. Discounts available for late bookings / stays of three weeks or more. Low Season Pool Heat per day: £15/ $20 Medium Season: £15/ $20 High Season: £15/ $20 Peak Season: £15 / $20 Cancellation Policy For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised Rules Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
