The large master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with 4 memory foam topper and a twin bed. You will love the large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a 32 LCD/TV on wall mount. Master bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is very colorful with tropical decor and has a comfortable new queen bed and a new twin bed. This room also has a LCD TV/DVD on a wall mount. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub. Just what you will need after a busy day. If you love to watch TV....while in the pool or hot tub you have an LED TV in an enclosed custom box on wall. Enjoy rain or shine at this home with a 14x48 covered patio. Enjoy having a BBQ on the patio. Stainless steel grill and patio furniture and hot tub all under the covered patio.Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10x20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. The 2 seater ocean kayaks are ready for you with paddles and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Don't worry about keeping in touch with your family and friends since DSL Wireless Internet Service is provided. Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away by car. This home has deeded beach access but the walkway is about 1/2 mile away. This access seems to be a quiet spot to just gaze into the ocean or take a peaceful walk. My favorite beach is 1/2 mile away also, in the other direction. Here is where you will find an oceanfront restaurant/lounge, drive-on beach access, rest rooms, pavillions, and showers. Plenty or parking if you do not want to drive on the beach and park.Heated inground pool is beautiful! It was designed so the first step is very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge for outdoor BBQ's with the Stainless Steel Gas Grill with side burner. Outside hot and cold shower. The white vinyl privacy fence and palm trees makes this a beautiful tropical setting and very private. Completely fenced if you are bringing your well behaved dog(s.
