Large luxury beach house only steps to beach and intracoastal. My home sits on the narrow part of the Island so you have the best of both worlds. Just a two minute walk to the beach or to the intracoastal waterway. Pictures of waterway and beach access are taken from in front of my home. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise or relax on the large decks gazing into the sunset. What more do you want? Also, included is a tandem kayak on wheels for your enjoyment. There is a 2 car garage and a beautiful tiled convenience room on the ground floor. This cheerful room consist of a full size sleeper with a memory foam topper for comfort, a twin size day bed with drawers, and a 2nd kitchen area with side by side refrigerator, a bistro table. Also, bathroom with a gorgeous tiled large shower. French doors to the pool makes this room so convenient while out at the pool. A refrigerator, kitchen area, and bathroom now only steps to the pool! Plenty of large towels and beach towels for your use. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom makes a statement! This king size bedroom set is all bamboo with a canopy top. You will feel like you are definetly on an island. (which you are). It is absolutely beautiful! French doors to the deck outside two of the bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with french doors to the deck to pool. If you would like the night air just walk out on the deck and relax while you sip on your favorite drink. 3 bedroom also has a queen bed with views of waterway and pool. The top floor is my favorite with one large open room. It has windows on all walls so you have a beautiful breeze and views of the waterway. 2 blinds on all windows. This large open kitchen is light and bright and has quality kitchenware.Fully stocked with everything you need. Two tables to seat 8 guests and 4 bright colored bar stools for more seating at the counter. My queen leather sleeper sofas and arm chair look very elegant with the palm trees. Also a twin sleeper in the large leather ottoman and a key west style quality futon with a 9 mattress. A bathroom with shower for the guest on the top floor. Also, a desk for your laptop with wireless high speed internet. Bright cheerful paintings throughout my home makes this a great rental for any family to enjoy. Beautiful large pool and hot tub and nice private yard with large palms. This home is decorated beautifully and ready for your vacation. This home is great if you want to bring your dog. Fully fenced yard and decks the dogs love to relax on and enjoy the breeze.This home does have views of the waterway as I mentioned. It does not have views of the ocean since the high dune oceanfront homes block the view. For those who want to bring your boat:The picture of the boat ramp and fishing pier is only two doors away. This boat ramp was completely re-done. Perfect to launch a large or small boat even at low tide. This is a quiet boat ramp mainly for the neighborhood. Great for you and me since this vacation home has parking for your boat and trailer. There are two single kayaks in the garage for your use. Lightweight and easy to care to boat ramp.
