RATES DO NOT INCLUDE $90 EXIT CLEANING FEE & 10% TAX ON RENTAL RATE AND CLEANING FEE (6% FLA SALES TAX AND 4% COUNTY BED TAX) Cancellation Policy For refund of deposit on weekly reservations, you must cancel 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. There will be a non-refundable $50.00 administration fee plus applicable taxes for all confirmed reservations which are canceled or changed. Rules Tenant must read and comply with condominium association guidelines for rentals regarding parking, etc. Tenant must be in residence during the entire rental period unless exception authorized by owner. No subletting of premises by tenant. Tenant must be 25 years of age. No smoking or pets allowed. Check in time 3:00 pm, check out time 10:30 am
