Payment Policy All rates are in US Dollars. From $5,950 per Week to $11,950. Rates include weekly cleaning costs. Throughout Year there are exceptions to stated rates due to various national, regional and local holidays and events. Cancellation Policy Full refund of whatever has been paid, provided we can rebook at same rate. If re-booking is less than original booking then amount of new booking will be refunded.
