This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath Seascape Condo that was completely remodeled and finished in January 2010. This top floor corner unit has two balconies that both connect to the living room. The excellent view from the living room balcony is of the Seawall, Diamond Beach and the Gulf. The bedroom balcony faces the Gulf as well, but also has a view of the Bay, the causeway bridge and more. Both balconies give you a spectacular view of the sunrise. This condo has tile floors and new two-inch blinds and beautiful granite countertops throughout! It is generously decorated with all new furniture and a 37” LCD flat screen HDTV with HD receiver in the living room. Because it is a corner unit, two of the walls in the master bedroom feature large windows and a great view. If the view isn’t enough, you do have a TV and remote in the bedroom. The master bath includes a large bathtub with new tile, framed mirror and new lighting. The second bath has a large shower. You will want to request it again!!
